Biography
Dr. Rojas is a distinguished bilingual leadership consultant, educator, and executive coach whose career spans military service, industry leadership, entrepreneurship, and higher education. He served more than 30 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Colonel in 2004 after leading missions as an International Health Specialist and Squadron Commander during operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Following his military career, he held leadership positions in industry, including Quality and Reliability Manager at Intel Corporation in Puerto Rico, and managed several faith-based organizations. Since earning his Doctorate in Business Administration in 2002, Dr. Rojas has dedicated over two decades to higher education, teaching graduate business disciplines and mentoring more than 30 doctoral candidates at institutions such as Argosy University, University of Phoenix, Schiller International University, and National Louis University.
An accomplished author, he has published 23 books and more than 20 scholarly articles. His international experience includes conducting leadership seminars across China, Italy, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Bahamas, while advising nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurs through his consulting practice.
