n recent years, society has evolved positively, and diversity and inclusion in work environments have ceased to be a mere trend to become imperative in the business policies of any organization.

We are witnessing many significant changes on a global scale in all contexts: social, cultural, climatic, technological, etc. And, as educational institutions, universities have a great responsibility to prepare our young people for the future, to offer them the necessary tools to face the difficulties of the current labor market, to be able to adapt to the changes that are to come, and to be able to find effective solutions to global problems.

Schiller International University, has launched its extracurricular program to train students in the skills most in demand in the workplace. Through the Global Employability Path, students will be able to participate in real business challenges, simulations, workshops and volunteer activities, all focused on developing the critical competencies most in demand in the real professional world, as well as access a catalog of courses that Schiller has built in collaboration with IBM.

We already knew that Generation Z had arrived to completely change all standards, taking nothing for granted, deconstructing gender stereotypes, and caring much more about their health and that of the planet that is their home. 

The health of our planet is deteriorating by leaps and bounds and the need to protect it has become imperative.  

We are approaching a very important date for all of us in the United States. September 17^th is our Constitution Day and Citizenship Day.  This day commemorates the September 17, 1787 signing of the United States Constitution.  

We already know that we live in a global world. Just like we know that today's professionals must be able to broaden their perspective so they can be global as well. 

The world we live in is rapidly changing, borders between territories are becoming increasingly blurred, and connections between countries are rapidly growing stronger. Globalization is a reality.
