Biography
Dr. Mandy Dagold is a professor at Schiller International University, where she teaches courses in international relations, diplomacy, peace strategies, and global governance. She brings more than twenty years of experience in international development, governance reform, and capacity‑building across government, multilateral, and nonprofit sectors. Her work integrates practitioner insight with academic rigor, reflecting a career spent strengthening institutions and advancing ethical leadership in complex global environments.
She earned her Ph.D. in International Development at the University of Southern Mississippi, preceded by an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and a BBA from North Carolina Central University. This multidisciplinary academic foundation informs both her teaching and her approach to research.
At Schiller, her teaching and research interests focus on diplomacy, conflict and peace strategies, global development systems, and practitioner‑oriented approaches to governance.
