Schiller offers a wide range of merit-based and mission-driven scholarships for both Undergraduate and Graduate students.

Whether you are beginning your academic journey or continuing to higher levels of study, our scholarship programs are built to support exceptional achievement, leadership potential, and global citizenship.

 

2026

  • 50% scholarship for students who do not require a visa (EU or US citizens/residents).
  • 50% scholarship for all students enrolling at the Heidelberg campus, regardless of visa status.
  • 20% scholarship for students who require a visa and apply to the Tampa, Madrid, or Paris campuses.

2027

  • 50% scholarship for students who do not require a visa (EU or US citizens/residents).
  • Up to 35% scholarship for students who require a visa.

Visa Students 

Global Citizen Scholarship: 20%

  • Early Bird Scholarship:
    An additional 10% scholarship is available for students who complete payment by:
      • October 1, 2026 (Winter Intake 2027)
      • December 1, 2026 (Summer Intake 2027)
      • April 1, 2026 (Fall Intake 2027)
  • Full-Year Commitment Scholarship:
    Students who commit and pay the full-year tuition upfront will receive an additional 5% scholarship.

Campuses: Tampa, Madrid, Paris, & Heidelberg. Not available for Distance Learning

Programs:

  • Undergraduate programs (First Year)
  • Graduate programs (Complete Program)

Requirements:

  • Students who demonstrate academic achievement or exceptional talent in specific fields, such as arts, sports, sciences, or leadership.

Amount of Award:

  • Up to 50% for students enrolling in any of the 2026 intakes.
  • Up to 50% for students enrolling in any of the 2027 intakes*.

Campuses: Distance Learning

Programs:

  • Undergraduate programs (First Year)
  • Graduate programs (Complete Program)

Requirements:

  • Students who choose Distance Learning and demonstrate academic achievement or exceptional talent in specific fields, such as arts, sports, sciences, or leadership.
  • *Online programmes will be eligible for 50% scholarships in 2027 except for the Master in International Relations and Diplomacy Online, which will be eligible for a 40% scholarship.
  • Additional scholarships do not apply.

Programs:

  • Undergraduate programs (First Year)

Requirements & Additional Information:

  • Open to students graduating from accredited International Schools with a CGPA of 3.8-4.0 (or equivalent), and must show strong extracurricular activities.
  • Year 1 guaranteed, renewable if student maintains CGPA 3.60+.
  • Limited availability to 3 per academic year.

Requirements:

  • To be applied as of 2nd year. We measure academic performance for the first year GPA 3.5 minimum.

  • Undergraduate programs (Year 2 to Graduation)

Requirements:

  • To be applied as of 2nd year. We measure academic performance for the first year GPA 3.2 minimum.

Amount of Award: up to 50%*

* For Schiller alumni, in cases where the best scholarship offered equals or exceed 50%, alumni will be granted an additional 10% points to ensure the benefit remains competetively advantageous.

  • Not available for Distance Learning.

Programs:

  • Undergraduate programs (First Year)
  • Graduate programs (Complete Program)

Requirements:

  • Having satisfactorily completed a prior degree at Schiller or GEDU partner institutions.
  • For students from Schiller no academic criteria applies.
  • Other GEDU institutions must demonstrate a minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent (Honors) for 50%, and GPA of 3.2 or equivalent (Merit) for 25%.

Programs:

  • Undergraduate programs (First Year)
  • Graduate programs (Complete Program)

Requirements:

  • Promotion of Peace - offered to countries in conflict with each other: Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Palestine, Lebanon.

CHECK MY ELIGIBILITY

  • Schiller International University reserves the right to change scholarship offerings without notice at any time.

  • All documents submitted must be in English, with minimal spelling or grammatical errors and submitted with the application, unless otherwise noted.

  • Scholarship applications will not be considered without the required documents.

  • Scholarships may not be compatible with any other scholarship offered by the university.

  • Students who withdraw from the University will automatically lose all scholarship eligibility.

  • Students who fail to keep up with their scheduled tuition payments, as agreed to in their Enrollment Agreement, would result in possible loss of their scholarship. The Campus Director will maintain final authority on this issue.

  • Scholarships are limited, and Schiller International University reserves the right to suspend or to terminate any and all University sponsored scholarships at any time.

  • Schiller International University is not responsible for notifying a student when they have regained eligibility.

  • Applicants who have been awarded a scholarship and tuition fee, and have paid the required deposit may defer their intake while retaining the same scholarship and pricing for one intake only. Applicants who have not yet paid the required deposit, or who defer beyond one intake, will be subject to the scholarship and tuition fee applicable to the deferred intake.

Scholarship Application Process for New Students

New students can apply for most scholarships (excluding Academic Honors and Academic Merit) as part of the admissions process. The following steps explain this process:

Receive Acceptance Letter from Our Admissions Team

Before applying for a scholarship, you must receive an acceptance letter from our Admissions Team. If you haven’t started the admission process, please fill in the application form.

Review Eligibility

Identify which scholarships you qualify for based on your campus, program, and academic record.

Submit the Scholarship Application

We will send you a scholarship application form. Complete the application and send it back to us.

Scholarship Committee Assessment

Your application will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee based on available spaces, merit, and alignment with scholarship criteria.

Receive Your Scholarship Decision

The final decision is communicated by the Admissions Office and included in the Enrollment Agreement. If we have accepted your scholarship application, you will receive a scholarship award letter.

Confirm Scholarship Acceptance

Congratulations! You just have to confirm the acceptance of the scholarship and you are a part of Schiller’s learning community.

Scholarship Application Process for Academic Honors and Academic Merit

Only students currently enrolled at Schiller and in year 2 or later are eligible for Academic Honors and Academic Merit Scholarships. The following steps explain the scholarship application process:

Submit All Necessary Application Documents

Applicants must complete the scholarship application form corresponding to the scholarship they wish to apply for.

  • Academic Honors Scholarship: Complete THIS form
  • Academic Merit Scholarships: Complete THIS form

Once completed, submit the application form together with the required essays and supporting documentation to the campus where you are applying:

Transcript Evaluation (For International Students)

International students’ transcripts will be evaluated by the Registrar on a 4.0 scale to determine CGPA requirements.

Scholarship Committee Review

All scholarship applications and essays will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee for that particular campus.

Receive Your Scholarship Decision

Each campus will notify the student of the approval or denial of their scholarship application.

Notification of Award Status

If a scholarship is later lost or discontinued, the campus will inform the student.
