At Schiller International University, our alumni are a source of pride and inspiration. We believe in celebrating their successes and sharing their unique stories.

In this conversation with Manuela Toteva, Schiller alumni Hussain Ayoub reflects on the impact that Schiller's diversity and experiential methodology had on his personal and professional development. 

Allan Arciniegas graduated in 2022 from Schiller in Heidelberg with a bachelor’s degree in international business. He is currently working for KPMG Germany as a financial services expert and defines himself as an entrepreneurial person.

Abdul Malik Bismal graduated from Schiller Heidelberg in 2023 with an MBA in International Business. He works as Logistics Assistant at Decathlon Germany and as a freelance consultant in management and operations. He speaks English, German, Dari, Pashto and Urdo.

Sherif Haridy graduated from Schiller Madrid with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2005 and later deepened his knowledge of finance with the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)  certification in 2014.

Alex Hartman graduated from Schiller Heidelberg with a Master of Business Administration in International Business in 2016. He has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising from the University of North Carolina. 

Farida Elashmawy graduated from Schiller Madrid with a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2019. She is currently working as export manager for Latin America for an international company in insulation technology.

Dani Pedroso graduated from Schiller Madrid with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy in 2003, and with a Major in International Business in 2022.

Joerg Fleckenstein graduated from Schiller Heidelberg in the Spring of 2021, with a Master's degree in Business Administration. Prior to completing his MBA, he had a successful career in fundraising for the nonprofit sector in London, and in business development and fundraising in research institutions such as the German Cancer Research Center and Human Rights Watch in Germany.

Paul Isbell is a writer, researcher, analyst, and strategic consultant. He taught economics and international affairs at Schiller Madrid from 1993 to 1999. He has developed a successful career both as a senior strategic think tank analyst and, as an economic analyst, editor and writer in the financial sector and media.
