Biography

Since moving to Spain in 1988, Peter Bonney has worked as an English-language consultant and writing instructor, a freelance translator, copy editor, proofreader, and post-editor, a translation instructor, and, most recently, as a university instructor.

He has provided a variety of English language-related services to a wide range of clients, including institutions such as the National Tax Agency (AEAT), the Centre for Sociological Research (CIS), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Universidad Complutense, and Universidad Autónoma. From 2012 to 2020, he was in charge of Translation Services at Universidad Europea de Madrid.

Over the last two academic years, he has taught mainly General Education courses such as English Composition, College Research and Writing, Business Communication, and Cross-Cultural Communication.
