Biography
Dr. Albana Canollari-Baze holds a joint honors BSc in Psychology and Sociology, a Master’s in Psychological Research, and a PhD in Psychology—all from Oxford Brookes University. Recognized as a Chartered Psychologist by the British Psychological Society, she has developed a rich academic career across the UK, Albania, and France. Over 18 years of teaching, she has remained committed to fostering psychological literacy, critical thinking, and ethical awareness in her students.
Her research centers on socio-cultural change, identity development, youth well-being, and behavioral dynamics in the workplace. She has published widely in Scopus-indexed outlets and is part of the global research project on work addiction.
Alongside her academic work, Dr. Baze leads ABC Consultancy, where she provides coaching and advisory services on career development, stress management, and work–life balance to international professionals, in collaboration with Moodwork and Instahelp. She also contributes to research evaluation, policy development, and is a research expert for several Council of Europe educational projects.
Dr. Baze is known for her commitment to ethics, diversity, and inclusion, bringing a strong cross-cultural and evidence-based perspective to all her professional endeavors.
