How We Prepare You for Career Success

Dual Degrees

Through partnerships with renowned universities, students gain access to accredited dual-degree programs and global study opportunities. A dual degree allows you to earn a qualification recognized in both the U.S. and Europe. At Schiller International University, students can pursue a dual degree through one of two pathways:

Dublin Business School University of Roehampton
Our dual-degree pathway with Dublin Business School (DBS) connects students to Dublin’s thriving tech industry—home to Google, Meta, and Amazon headquarters—and DBS’s strong job placement network.

DBS, Ireland’s largest independent third-level college, holds a prestigious 4-star QS rating and ranks 64th globally. Begin your studies at any Schiller campus—Heidelberg, Madrid, Paris, or Tampa—before transferring to DBS for your final year.

Available programs include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, International Business, and International Marketing.
Through our partnership with the University of Roehampton, students can earn a dual degree—U.S. and European-accredited—without relocating to London.
Study at any Schiller campus—Heidelberg, Madrid, Paris, or Tampa—while completing your degree.

Available programs include a Bachelor of Science in International Business, Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy, Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, and an MBA in International Business.

If you are an international student completing your degree at our Tampa campus, Optional Practical Training (OPT) provides a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in the United States. OPT is available to international students on an F-1 visa.

OPT allows you to work for up to 24 months in the U.S. post-graduation. This program enables you to apply what you’ve learned directly in professional settings, build critical industry connections, and gain invaluable experience for a future career in the U.S.

Global certificate programs play a vital role in offering specialized workshops, training programs, and certifications. These certifications enhance your resume and ensure you’re equipped with practical, actionable skills that align with industry demands. Holding a professional certification signals to employers that you possess a verified skill set and a commitment to staying current in your field. These credentials are often a differentiating factor in hiring decisions, promotions, and salary negotiations.

This pathway provides both a Dominican and U.S.-accredited degree, enhancing global career opportunities.

University of California Riverside Extension (UCRX) – UCRX students can study at any Schiller campus and apply for Optional Practical Training. They may transfer between January and July to complete an MBA, gaining an international business education.

An International Student Experience

Intercampus mobility allows you to study in multiple locations worldwide. Embracing different cultures not only enriches your academic journey but also lays a strong foundation for a global career. At Schiller, studying across European cities like Heidelberg, Paris, and Madrid teaches students the adaptability, empathy, and communication skills essential in today’s international business world.

As you move between campuses, you’ll witness the cultural differences in Europe and how they influence industries and communication styles, giving you practical insights in ways no classroom alone could achieve. We’ve simplified the process to make intercampus mobility easy and flexible. To transfer between campuses, students must be in good academic standing, officially enrolled, and meet all progress requirements.

We provide students with personal advisors and career services to guide your academic growth and career path. With a low student-to-faculty ratio, we ensures that every student receives personalized attention, fostering a supportive environment that enables academic and personal success.

At Schiller, you also have accessible mental health resources, making sure that you have the support you need to navigate any challenges, on or off the campus. Schiller’s wellness programs cater to the diverse needs of our global student body, ensuring inclusivity and cultural sensitivity in all activities and services.

As a student at Schiller International University, you will work on real-life case studies with industry-leading multinational organizations. Students frequently step outside the classroom to engage with Schiller’s outdoor learning. Previous participating companies include ING and ECOALF.

Other companies like LOEWE and EY present real-world challenges to our students through our Global Innovation Challenge. Participants form teams to devise solutions using teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Our curriculum and activities are designed to reflect the global challenges and opportunities of the 21st century, providing students with the analytical and creative tools to make an impact anywhere in the world. Our masterclasses with expert speakers lead sessions that inspire students with real-world insights while gaining fresh perspectives from the next generation of professionals.

Enjoy a vibrant campus life with enriching cultural experiences. Through our six pillars of student life—Academic Excellence, Community Belonging, Global Mobility, Social Responsibility, Wellness, and Employability—we foster an environment that equips students to excel in a globalized world.

These pillars shape an integrated student experience that celebrates diversity, promotes leadership, and encourages personal and professional growth. Each pillar is an invitation to discover new opportunities, embrace challenges, and make memories that will last a lifetime.
