Inter-library Loan Service

The Inter-library Loan service allows the Schiller students, faculty, and staff to borrow from other libraries if requested items are not available at our library.

For Information about how to request material and the associated costs, please contact the librarian.

Open Access

According to the Budapest Open Access Initiative open access to scholarly literature means “its free availability on the public internet.” In answer to the so-called “serials crisis”, scientific articles and research results are published in repositories, on document servers, or in OA journals, which are accessible to all users free of charge. Therefore OA can be viewed as a return to a core value of scholarship – the free exchange of ideas.
