About Schiller International’s Heidelberg Campus Library

The Heidelberg Campus Library supports the research and teaching needs of the students, faculty and staff members of Schiller International University. Our aim is to provide a comfortable ambience and all the resources students and faculty need for their study and research purposes.

With approximately 10,000 books, 40 newspapers and magazines (in print or online), full-text access to hundreds of online periodicals, and access to diverse databases, we meet research needs across all academic fields. The Heidelberg campus library also maintains inter-library loan agreements with SWB (The South Germany Library Network) including 115 libraries offering inter-library loan services.

Schiller International University students receive monthly training on knowledge management tools and e-Resources as well as a range of workshops centred around academic skills for university. They can schedule individual research consultations with the librarian during the hours of operation.
