Emilio Barroeta

UN Human Rights Expert

Mr. Barroeta has 20+ years of experience in human rights and public international law. He has represented UN Member States before key UN bodies, including the Human Rights Council, OHCHR, and Treaty Bodies, leading negotiations, drafting resolutions, and contributing to global policy on migration and humanitarian issues.

Dr. Miriam Jimenez Bernal

Associate Dean in IRD

Dr. Jimenez is a multidisciplinary expert with a PhD in Philosophy and Language Sciences, with an academic background in human rights, communication, politics, and linguistics. With 14+ years of experience in higher education, she is dedicated to fostering critical thinking and transformative dialogue in the field of International Relations and Diplomacy.
