Tania also teaches Leadership and Change Management in the MS in Sustainability Management, helping future sustainability leaders develop the skills needed to drive impactful and lasting change across organizations and sectors.

Miriam Jimenez Bernal

Associate Dean of IRD

Dr. Jiménez is Associate Dean of IRD and a professor at Schiller with over 14 years of experience in higher education. Her expertise spans international relations, human rights, gender studies, and inclusive education, and she has led multiple international research and innovation projects, including Erasmus+ initiatives.
